I work individuals, couples (which includes any constellation of intimate partnership), and families.
I currently work with: depression, anxiety, grief, inner child work, body shame, anger, gender and sexuality explorations, and racial/ancestral trauma.

I work very relationally. I bring myself, which includes humor and playfulness, into the therapeutic container, and acknowledge my identities and how they might interact with yours. When I feel it is therapeutically appropriate, I disclose to you what I am feeling or experiencing relationally with you. The relationship that we build will provide insight for you about how you show up in other relationships in your life. Part of my job as a therapist is to observe and notice what happens between us, and share that with you if I believe it will contribute to your awareness of yourself.
Through experiential techniques, dialogue, and creative experiments, I empower clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in the present moment, fostering self-awareness, self-acceptance, and authentic expression.
